Day 4-Part C- Can You See Me??

We headed up to deck 11 and 12 to meet up with Tara & Allan for the sail away party. We decided to hit deck 12 and look down on the party because the floor was packed. We didn't have to wait too long for the party to start and again, it was feeling sort of surreal, I couldn't believe I was actually here, on the Dream, watching the Sail Away party!

Wow, they really changed animator's palate from the original two ships.

They DID change it a lot but it's really cool. It felt like you were in a huge aquarium. Have you see what they are doing on the Fantasy? You will be able to draw a character and they will use some (all?) the characters that the guests draw in the show during dinner-will bring them to life. It sounds really neat.

That's our squirt. He HAD to come to dinner there. ;)

Tara rebooked the Dream in Jan 2013. :)

I really hope you go on the Fantasy. Have you seen the atrium drawings? Sooooo pretty. :) There are gonna be some really cool things on the Fantasy that the Dream doesn't have-like an adult splash area-why give all the fun to the kids? :) The new Animator's Palate and the cool new splash area for kids created by Huey, Duey & Louie. ;) Check out the DCL page-they have all those stories. :)

Honestly, you would never have believed there were 3,000-4,000 people on board. There were busy times-look at the pics from the sail away & pirates night & you will see a ton of people, but all in all, it wasn't bad. A few times we had lines at a buffet and the lines for the characters were as bad as in the parks (something I was dissapointed about) but all in all, the ship never felt huge and never felt crowded. David loved it so much he doesn't even want to think about going on the smaller ships. ;)

Onion cheesecake? I'll have to take your word that it tastes good. Sounds gross. But boy oh boy, does everything else look wonderful. I can't imagine being there. That is absolutely wonderful. LOVE IT!!!

If you want some pointers, Tara & Allan have rebooked twice. This time for the Dream in Jan 2013. :)
