Deb's Dallas - Part 2

So we woke up Saturday morning. Our balcony was covered with confetti and streamers. The M&Ms loved this and picked it up as souveniors. John needed the bathroom, so the girls and I decided to walk around the atrium while we waited. It was completely empty - and was interesting to have to ourselves. Photobucket

They had a video playing about the upcoming water park. We stopped and watched - the girls are begging to come back. Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

You could smell this area as you came up on it - the house/animals, etc. were all made of gingerbread Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

Deb, aside from the argument with John, it sounds very lovely. They all look like they are having some frosty fun. It's cute to see the little pink cheeks and noses. The face painting was awesome! They look great!

I have to say, I am really impressed with all the decor and yes, it would be really neat to go when they had Santa there! Those gingerbread decorations are really, really neat. They really go all out! Very cool. Thanks for sharing!!!

GWL is a lot of fun, but now that we have been there three times, we're kinda ready for something new. It really is a lot of fun and good for all ages, though.

I sure am sorry to hear about that argument Deb. I hope that with time, you will be able to get past it. It musta been a doozy. I think we all hate stupid arguments.

I think a split stay is a great idea. You could just drive across the street. LOL At Christmas time there is a Polar Express train in Grapevine where the kids wear their pj's and they serve hot chocolate and Santa visits. I always thought it sounded really cool. It would add something else neat to do up there at Christmas time. :) Also, Great Wolf Lodge has special things going on at Christmas too. There is a neat spa at GWL that makes me wish I had a girl. It's called Scoops spa, it's ice cream themed, and just for kids. I watched a Mom and daughter in there is weekend and she was getting her nails done. Looked like they were having a really good time. Santa visits Bass Pro too and they do a good job of decorating. In 2008 we went around Dec 15th and had a really time. :)

Well, two of us have seen ICE, cold but pretty, and I'm loving the Peanuts gang and the Snoopy love,

In peace,
