Ok so how did we do last week?
Well, I am right there with you Emmy. I haven't lost anything in three weeks and I have been eating worse than I was. I need to get back to it and maybe I will start loosing again.
Lunch- Subway sub, Sun chips, unsweet tea
Dinner-leftover ham & potatoes
Exercise-An hour of laps-1000 meters. Did this at lunch which is why we had Subway for lunch. LOL
