2012 Vacations!

Guess what I just got on email???? My itinerary for the Rome trip. I am going thru Atlanta. My plane leaves at 10:38 am on the 16th and arrives on the 17th at 7:35 am. Then coming home, I leave there at 9:40am and return at 7:10pm Guess that time change helps a lot on the way back home. They are 7 hours ahead of us. So when I go there, I'll be flying into the future;)

I am finding that I am not overly excited yet and I am not sure why. Maybe because I am kind of worried how Brian and the kids are going to do while I am gone. When i went to Vegas this summer, Brian got really depressed and Hannah called me wanting me to come home early. I hope they are OK and do better this time than that time. Brian has been really crabby lately so it does really worry me. I don't want him yelling at the kids and I'm not there to intervene.

I honestly feel like the kids would be fine with me being away if Brian is in a good frame of mind. But he hasn't been lately and I worry what is going to happen when I am gone. He's been really moody lately. I know it's about his job but it spills over to the rest of his life and he doesn't seem that inclined to hide those negative feelings. I know he is thinking about applying for jobs and hopefully that will make him feel more positive. We'll see.
