My Pigs are gone :)

This morning my pigs were picked up for the butcher. Now all I have to worry about with them is if I've got enough room in my freezer. They were fine when they were little, but it seemed like the bigger they got the more problems they created. When I first got them they were actually in with my chickens in the coop. After only a couple of weeks they seemed to have gotten too big. So we moved them into a part of the haybarn that used to be the grainary. There were five of them and they were all supposed to be female. Well, turned out one was a male. Problem was that he wasn't castrated, so he could start breeding the girls and we have been told that his meat might taste like urin ... urgh. We did end up finding a buyer for him and let him go for a measly $75. The pigs were getting out over the panels we had put up, because (as it turned out later) they hardly ate any of the grain we gave them - instead they kept fighting over the buckets we put in, turning them over and just trampling it into the mud they've created by now. Same with their water buckets. When the boar was picked up we moved the pigs into the main barn since they were going to leave only a week or so later. THAT'S when I found out that they hardly ate anything ... they constantly had food left over at next chore time ... urgh, what a waste of food and money. DH cursed them, their noises, their messes and more. I just hope they will taste good.
DH said that I'm not allowed to buy any more pigs unless I've got a completely separate building for them where they can be kept from beginning to end ... Now I need to majorly clean the barn of pig poop ... anyone volunteering to help?
