I told him earlier that I was waiting for the doctor to call me back.

Sorry DH is being that way. Men just don't get it sometimes. Hopefully everyone will be well soon and you can relax. (((hugs))) until then.

Sorry you're having a bad week. Tell your DH to make his own lunch. I wouldn't worry about doing anything but helping Zoe get better. Men just don't get it sometimes. They have the mentality that everything revolves around them, only women know better. lol

I don't like it when my dh comes home for lunch or comes home early from work either. It cuts into my "me-time" and I think he does it on purpose. Men!

Thanks ladies, you made me feel better :)

I didn't have to make him lunch, since we were at the doctor's the whole time (I'll post that in a minute!).

He was actually going to take us to lunch, since Zoe's fever was back down and she was feeling better, but we didn't have enough time.

I hope she's well soon and that you can get out. I know what it's like to be stuck home for days on end with sick children,

Sometimes I wonder what the heck is wrong with our husbands. Sorry he is being so childish.

OMG it is a man thing! I hate hate hate making mine lunch too. I like to do it for the girls as I would any other time but I can not stand having to figure out a lunch for him and dinner too. I almost never feed him breakfast unless I am making something big for kids. But for real, open up a freaking can of spag o's and get off my back. I think I just feel I am not his mother and he is a grown up so he could make himself something or go out and get me something.

You know he doesn't even really ask me to make lunch just will ask what I am making and it will be something fast like mac n cheese and chick nugs or spag o's and he put his nose up...ugghhhh! I was not offering so beat it. make your own damn samwich and make me one while your at it.

I use lunch as an opportunity to eat up leftovers if I eat.
