Neighborhood Drama ever??

Okay... I just have to know if i'm the only one. Everyone joked when we moved into this neighborhood about it being Wisteria Lane. It has the little white fences and it's very family friendly. We have some really fantastic neighbors. Everyone is just so nice, we have fun little celebrations together for different holidays and hang out a lot with our kids.
Everything was great until recently. It's summertime and we have lived here for a year. All of the sudden I see the drama that everyone warned me about.

out here it seems like no one ever talks to their neighbors, and the ones we did talk to & like have moved away or are in the process...but the playgroup does have it's share of drama every once in a while.
I agree it does seem childish. But I always have to remind myself that there's no test you have to pass to become a parent and just because someone can get pregnant doesn't mean they are necessarily mature emotionally. I just hang out more with the people who are not dramatic than those that are.
