Hey ladies! Thought I'd share this recipe, since it was soooooo tasty. :)

The only thing I did different was add 1 tsp vanilla. 50 minutes was a perfect bake time but I did have tent the loaf pan for the last 10.

That sounds yummy! I actually found some maple syrup in the cupboard (does it go bad?) and I need to use up some sour cream so it is perfect. I'm assuming I could do muffins and just reduce the baking time... we are on a muffin kick around here.

It makes a very soft bread so it would be great for muffins! Let me know what temp you do and for how long... I'd like to try that!
