Anyone have a fitness regime?

I've decided it's time to get in shape.  I'm doing 100 running-on-the-spot "strides" every time I put a cup of tea in the microwave (which is frequently!) and taking swimming lessons.  When I go swimming I do lengths (with a kick board, of course) and when I get to the end of the pool do fifteen chin-ups on the diving platform.  Chin-ups are so much easier in the pool!  :)  I'm looking for some other basic exercises I can work into my day.  Anyone else have a fitness routine that they follow?  Any ideas for easy exercises that don't require taking an hour out of my day, which I don't have?

I don't have a fitness routine that doesn't require going to the gym. My son is only 3 1/2 months old and  I'm lucky enough right now between Dh's work schedule and me being home that I go to the gym ($10/month) right up the rode during the baby's nap time. I do cardio for an hour Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do the treadmill one day, elliptical one day and stair stepper one day. Then on Tuesdays and Thursdays I do 30 minute cardio workout (biggest loser challenge) between stair steppers and weights and I also do the ab room those days.

We go to shopping at least once a week for diapers, wipes, formula... the essentials and like to use the time to run around while we're out, so we do a lot of walking with the baby then. Now, that's it's nicer, I'm looking foward to getting out in the nice weather with him and walk him around the neighborhood.

I orginally started doing weights because I have weak upper body strength and it was difficult for me to carery him, especially in his carseat. Now, I'm used to it... I feel like I really don't have to do weights because he's my weight all day, lol.

So much for exercise!  I now have posterior tibial tendonitis in both my ankles.  :(  I am NOT happy.

In other news, I have been swimming almost every day this month and running as well as walking...possibly causing the tendonitis?  At any rate, my cardio is immensely improved.  How are your exercises going?
