Does anyone buy books online? I bought one about two weeks ago off of ebay, but it still is not here. Does anyone buy online, or know if any of the other online places are legit and fast?

But you can go to amazon.com.
Also, if your ebay did not go as it should, report it.

I sell books on eBay and Amazon. It depends on when they actually mailed it off and what method and company was used. When I ship by priority mail, my customers get their books quick. I also use media mail, which most people use. It keeps costs down, but it does take longer. It can literally take a couple of weeks.

Try corresponding with the person you bought the book from. I bought a book from someone on Amazon and contacted them after 3 weeks. Although they sternly informed me that I could not complain until 30 days and was bothered that I called, I mysteriously got it 2 days later via UPS. I am sure it was another copy that was sent after I called.

On the other hand, I had a customer on Amazon who just never got her book. She did not contact me. She was upset and left me bad feedback, but when I was aware I gave her a full refund and an apology.

I have bought several books from Amazon.com---it's easy, just find the book you are looking for and then click on 'used' and you can find (usually several) who are selling that book in varying conditions. Sometimes you can get them for pennies (plus shipping of course). Have fun!
