and me sitting here with my grass seed bag and my fertilizer bag...lol

Hope it warms back up to spring weather again by this week....I wanna plant my grass. BTW I bought the kind that is titled: For Play and High Traffic areas...lol...that's definitely my brood!!! with my dd's and all the neighborhood kids and our puppy and dog!!

We also bought flower seeds: pansy, morning glory and zinnia

Not sure what we are doing veggie wise since now I have to add looking for a home to the already busy schedule I have...I'm thinking I'm not going to have time for a garden and besides if we move by Aug 1st some things aren't ready to pick til aug or sept...even if we do container gardening only...we have to move more stuff....yikes...lol...what a dilemma...I do soooooo love to garden

Hope you are all having a great day

Hi Laura! Snow, YUCK! It's cold here but so far no snow. I have tried several times to plant a garden but never works out. Guess, I just don't have a "green thumb" LOL! The one time we got ONE ear of corn only about 4inches long, LMBO, it was hilarious!!! Good luck on your grass and your flowers sound Great! Have a great day! Misty

Hey Laura! I'm waiting to plant anything till I'm *sure* no snow is gonna sneak in and kill my work!LOL! But as for short term garden plants you could do radishes, baby carrots, and I even think you may be able to sneak in some peas. They all grow pretty fast (especially radishes, we have a short growing season and we can usually get them planted up to 3X in the year!).

Well, have a fabulous evening!

ewwwwww radishes!!!

We do love baby carrots with ranch drsg though and peas are o.k. especially in tuna casserole.

Jody, did ya see my post about the ??? in posting replies and getting the error msg about incomplete post??? it's in the general section.

Hope you're having a wonderful Sunday...mine was BUSY!!! after church, went to my parents, mom grabbed a Home search magazine for me and tagged those she liked, then we went looking for a bed for Celine...her frame broke last night...guess it didn't like all the girls sleeping on it when they had the sleepover the first nite my niece slept over and since she's going to be sleeping over alot...I'm thinking about buying a bunk bed as their present bdrm that my youngest dd's share is too small for 3 beds and we only have a 2bdrm home. We went to two places but the prices were sooooo high...then I though, hmmm maybe we can get lucky and we'll see a home we can buy with 3 bdrm or at least a big bdrm that will fit 3 twin beds, so I think I'll just pick her up another metal twin frame for now and keep pushing the two beds together (they sleep the length way so that all 3 fit)and then see what happens with our home search as to a pernament situation. Then we went food shopping and spent way too much!!! as dh was with us.....sigh Now, all I have to do is make Sunday Dinner, finish laundry, do dishes and pass out in front of the news tonite!!! lol

Chat with ya more tomorrow

Hey Laura! I don't like radishes either, and I can't eat them(think of my tongue swelling...ew!LOL!). But they are a fast grower.

As for your post about the incomplete thingy. Initially, I didn't read it through, just read the title and didn't figure it was for me....sorry! I went and read it, and am not really sure why your havin the problems, but it's probably a bug with ivillage that'll smooth out. At the bottom you wrote "????...after reading replies to a post, how do ya get back to the sahm bd??? I can't find a link and when you are reading alot of replies, to many back buttons to push...lol...there MUST be a link back somewhere, right???? " i'm assuming you're talkin about for example, me going and reading your reply to me, there is a link above a small blue picture of the parentsplace.com symbol... here's how it reads "you are here: iVillage > parentsplace > parentsplace's message boards > At-Home Parents > General Discussions " The At-Home Parents, or the General Discussions link is probably what you are looking for. If that's not it, let me (or the cl's) know.

Well, have a great nite girl!!
