Have you grazed food off your child's plate? Perhaps food they've left uneaten or something you made smelled so good you couldn't keep from sneaking a bite before they sat down?

Yes absolutely. Often I think to myself "okay, I'll prepare myself a small portion of (whatever food it is) because I know that Child A/B/C won't finish his/hers so I'll finish it myself!"

I have really had to control myself from doing this. I gained 120lbs after my first child was born and after my second I decided to lose all my weight. Grazing from my kids plate is definitely a temptation that is hard to resist but with some practice I have learned to leave it be.
