Be careful on e-bay

I am an e-bay addict, both buying and selling on occasion. This morning, we couldn't log in with our usual password. Nobody else knows our password. Evidentally a hacker figured out our password and we are lucky we caught it in time as many are stealing passwords, selling items with other users info, collecting money and running. We are also getting a lot of "spoof" email, asking for user ID's and passwords. Computer viruses can log and record keystrokes, thus getting info that way, too. Keep virus alert software up to date, and use a firewall if you have high speed internet. Hope this helps someone out there.

I've been having tons of problems with Ebay with exactly the same stuff your talking about. Be on alert and be very cautious.

Her pasword was stolen and they were selling items on her name and she was not aware of it till someone tried to ask a question.
