Hi everyone, I been feeling very down/depressed lately, that's why I haven't been on the board, I don't know what's happening, I cry, I want to be laying down, sleep, I don't want to do anything, I have been a lot more inpatient with my DS, and I don't know if it's just me or if my DS is actually been bad and fuzzier than ever, I scream a lot to him, which then makes me feel bad and I start crying, and then I feel like my DH is not been caring, he treats me indifferently, and completely ignores me. I don't know, I just have been feeling terrible all week, I'm starting to get nervous too, I have been worrying about who will take care of DS when it's time to go to the Hospital, are they going to take good care of him and such...and how I'm going to handle it with DS and new baby...I don't even have anything ready or have bought anything for new baby yet...I guess I'm

How long have you been feeling this way? Im sure it's just those crazy pregnancy hormones taking over your body. You should talk to your dr. about how you're feeling, they will be able to help you. Do you have someone setup to take care of your son while you're in the hospital? I hope you're feeling better soon and remember we're always here for you!

Take it easy and try and find time to relax if you can.

(((Hugs))) Alicia, You are recounting the end of my pregnancy with Eli to a tee! Yes you should speak to your DR,. about this, I did and they helped me immensely. Right now you are hormonally out of wack( for lack of a better term)

thanks again everyone, I will take your advice.

And I really want to start doing the book club with you guys, but since I have been like this, I didn't even look for the book. I will make sure I do it next time, before baby comes.

(((HUGS))) to you, Alicia!! ITA that this is your hormones, they can wreak havoc! I suffered from PPD after my twins were born, but you can feel that way before the baby comes, too. Just know you're not alone, and come here to vent anytime. We're thinking of you. I think you should tell your OB. There are antidepressants you can take while pregnant.
