Well, I guess Emily's hurling yesterday was not a random thing, she's got a stomach bug, coming out both ends...I called the Dr and they said if she's not better by tomorrow to bring her in.
(((Kelly & Emily))) I'm sorry you're both feeling so bad. Maybe she'll get it out of her system today and that'll be it?? One can hope...
Wendy, aren't the temperature changes the best?? In GB, it was the same way, but routinely about 10 degrees colder than southern WI. The whole state's in it together. lol
As for my day... I'm supposed to have the day off since dh's home, but that's probably not going to happen. (For now, dh means "d*** hubby".) Last week he had a stomach bug thingy (that only lasted 1.5 days). This week he's refusing to pick up his side of the deal. I'll probably have to take over his responsibilities, too (which is only laundry). I don't do laundry at this house because the laundry room has cockroaches all over the floor, their poo all over, the bugs falling from the ceiling, etc. It's too creepy, so dh said he'd take it over completely so I wouldn't have to. It's the ONE thing he agreed to. But he's yet to keep up with his bargain without a huge fight. Sorry. I'm in a venting mood. Maybe I'll just journal it later. Anyway... My day was supposed to be a fun day of surfing and catching up on some iV boards and working on a new siggy. Maybe that will happen, but probably not.
Seems like Tuesday is not being too kind to any of us. Does anybody have a happier tune to sing today? :) Try to have a great day, ladies! Kelly, I'm sending *feel better* vibes to Emily and *serenity* vibes to you, hon. Hope you both feel improve by day's end.
Well today should be a quiet one, let's hope. We did most of our running around yesterday! This morning I just need to pay a few bills online and finish ordering decorations for Alyssa's birthday party. One more load of laundry to do and vaccuum the girls room and I'm done for the day-- or at least until lunch dishes!
Judd had a rough night sleeping last night, I think he has an upper respitory infection. He tossed and turned and cried and nursed all night long -- which means of course mommy is having LOTS of coffee this morning.
I was telling DH how tired I was and how rough last night was and do you know what he said?!? "Oh, well I didnt hear anything" -- well thats because you would sleep thru WWIII! I have to drag his butt outta bed every morning b/c he sleeps thru every alarm. When we first met he had 4 alarm clocks in his room -- and his room mate still had to wake him up most of the time!!
Anyways, sorry to get off on a rant, lol. I hope everyone else has a great day and I hope I can sneak a nap!!
Okay, I wrote another post to answer the question about the exterminator, but it followed a rabbit trail to Nightmareland. So I'll keep it short and fairly rant-free. My il's aren't the kind of people who step up and fix problems. They allow things to fall apart around them and blame others for why it's falling apart. Since I'm speaking about the house in particular, it encourages roach infestation. We're combatting it as best we can, but there's no getting around it when the floors are rotting and the walls aren't totally sound. (It's just an old house that wasn't taken are of.) Anyway... Long answer to a short question. Hopefully, we'll be in our own house relatively soon.

Hugs Kelly, I hope your dd's bug goes away.
Speaking of bugs Kat, why won't your ILs hire an exterminator or something???
Morning girls.
Today is another park day here.

I think I slept a total of 41 minutes in 2 minute increments last night.
