Morning everyone!

Chrissy, so sorry about your DH and the car! Hope everything works out! You mentioned that Mason was in Early Intervention...I'm fairly new to the board, so sorry if it's common knowledge already, but what therapies is he getting? My daughter was in the Early Intervention Program in Chicago before we moved out here to VA...she was a premie and we were having some issues with food aversions and her refusing to eat solids when she was around 9 months, she lost about a pound and a half; and so they got us into the program for speech therapy and nutritional consults.

My day is shaping up to be a typical Monday, which is a relief since last week seemed so off with me and DD struggling with sinus infections and my Lasik eye surgery dominating the week's activities. I've got DD down for her morning nap, the dishes are done and the washing machine is going and I'm about to tackle a stack of mail and bills (my usual Monday morning chore while she naps). We'll run to Target after she's awake and hopefully get a walk in (it's a little chilly, but sunny). I'm making ravioli for dinner and I've got a stack of ironing a mile high that I'll tackle during her afternoon nap. It will be a busy day, but not hectic...it's nice to be able to see without contacts though :) and it's nice to have DD and me feeling better!

Our Easter was very nice. Kelly, I had to laugh when I read how you do the adult egg hunt with "big money" because my mom and dad do the exact same thing! lol Too funny to see everyone out there elbowing each other and running like maniacs in order to capture a plastic egg with a nickel inside!! The golden egg for us had a whopping $5 in it, which is some serious cash compared to other years...so it was pretty cutthroat out there to say the least! It was nice though, my brother and sister were there with their spouses...my sister's 3 girls were there (the oldest, who is 20, brought her boyfriend too) and her son, who is 13 months old (uhuh, HUGE age gap between her kids, lol!) was there too...my nephew and Ellie get along great, which is always fun to watch. My mom has a chicken coop and every year she gets chicks around Easter...so she had a huge box of live chicks that Ellie was complete enamored with, too cute!

Anyway, have a nice day everyone...time for me to quit chitchatting and get some work done! hehe :)

Mason has hypotonia, global delays, and is "at-risk for autism".

Morning ladies!

I'm going to try to stop in here again more like when I first joined!

Wendy ~ P&PT today for you and your family & good luck sweater shoppin! ;) Sounds like your egg hunt was a really great time!

Chrissy ~ Yikes! I hope DH is okay & the aftermath goes quick & smooth for you guys! Good luck w/ Mason's meeting, I know it's a lot of sticks in your pile, but you're so incredible for all the extra steps you take for your boys, hon! =)

Wendy2 ~ I bet the coal & cold mixed together was the culprit, poor Paige! I hope she feels better quickly! Sounds like you had a great time yesterday too!

Monday is my cleaning day, but also my day off from schoolwork! Yay! I haven't done any cleaning yet except straightening up the livingroom and kitchen, but I did workout and we ate breakfat already! Also uploaded Easter pics and got them edited too.

After Mar's nap I'll start laundry, make lunch, & then start deep cleaning. I was going to whip up some homemade marinara meat sauce today in the crock, but don't have any tomato paste dangit! Oh well!

Have a great day ladies!
