Good morning ladies. I hope everyone is having a great start to their weekend.

We just have plans to clean clean clean. I need to mop, vaccum, and do some dishes.
Thats about it, so going to be a boring weekend already

Taking the kids to the zoo today. Should be fun. I've been feeling crappy since my trip, Thursday, and I hope I start feeling better soon. I'll post about my Chicago trip on Monday, probably. It was so fun! The American Girl Place was great.

See ya later!

We're doing a little of what you're doing and a little of what the OP is doing...LOL.

Today will be spent doing some laundry and cleaning.

Ooohh...just noticed your ticker states you have only a week left (give or take!) until your little man is here! How exciting! Are you all ready? Do you have someone who will be able to help you in the beginning?! I'm sure you're super excited, yet a bit scared too....totally normal!

Can't wait to hear all about it!

Heh I TOTALLY fell apart on friday...no sleep thursday night, contractions all day thursday, getting to five minutes apart and going away again...it was horrible. Friday morning i see my doctor and I'm not any more dialated (at 3cm now) and only 5% more effaced (75% now) and I just wanted to cry. She didn't want to sweep my membranes until this coming wednesday, and she wants me to be pregnant a week after my due date if he doesn't come on his own..
Thankfully she saw what a wreck I was and offered ambien for me, but also said I could try tylenol pm first...WHAT A DIFFERENCE SLEEP MADE!! I went straight home, took two pills, and slept for 6 hours straight! Then DH took me out to Thai food for dinner and shopping at Target, to distract me, and I feel like a whole new woman!!

YES, I'm totally nervous/excited about having a baby...but I mostly just want Dylan here so badly that I no longer care what I have to go through to get him here!!

My mum and dad live nearby, DH works with my dad and my brother, so my mum will be helping me for a week or so after the baby is born. She's been REALLY great...I've really had alot fewer problems with her than I anticipated. It's been a huge blessing!!

Yes a good nights sleep does everyone a world of good, doesn't it?! I'm sorry things are going slowly but really, I think he'll be here before a week past your EDD! If you're already that thinned out and to a 3, that's the longest part! (plus, once you get to a 4, they keep you!)

I'm glad you've got family nearby that can help. Although I know you will probaby want to do everything yourself, try to take the help as offered (even if it's just fixing dinner/doing laundry!) and rest.
