Good Morning! Nothing big planned here today. I have a hair appt. at 10:45. That is it. I will probably go weed the garden before that. I have a meeting tonight at church (that I REALLY don't want to go to).

On an exciting note: Me and Chris Rollerbladed 2 miles last night!! I can't believe she did it! The doctors told she would probably never rollerblade, ride her bike (which she did yesterday also), etc. Because her balance was so affected by the removal of the tumor, they told her it wasn't a likely possibility. SHe showed them! LOL! As we rolled out of her driveway and onto the street, she yelled "Screw the doctors! Look at ME!" We celebrated with a glass of wine afterwards.

I'll check in again later.

I'm not around much today. We went out for a breakfast brunch, because my DH is home, since he works all night tonight (yet again). We came home so the girls could take a nap, but then we're going out to look for furniture for the new basement, which is finally FINISHED!! Yay!

Matthew's pink eye is way way way better, thanks to the drops. But I'm staying away from the pool one more day.

Melanie, let me know if that is not the problem and I can help troubleshoot for you. Usually though this will stop the sporadic feeding. When babies just get the foremilk and not enough hind milk the first "sugary" part hits their tummy hard and makes them cranky. Happy breastfeeding!

I'm kinda of on the same boat, DD is a month now, she takes 4 Oz. (formula) but lately for about a week, she doesn't really take much maybe 2 Oz. and it takes about an hour or more to feed her, 'cause she falls to sleep, keep waking her, but does it again. BUt then she's awake instead of sleeping, and she falls to sleep on feedings and while awake she doesn't take the bottle. And YES it is tiring, and I also have my one year old almost 2, who wants attention all the time, he's spoiled?!!! so it doesn't help while feeding her, he gets mad and throws tamtrums(sp?) so I'm very tired.

Just like you, tired, we can be tired together...and I'm also going to try to let her cry a little bit before feeding her...see if she stays awake...

We got to go to story time today at the library, to the pool, and cleaned two sections of DD's room today, which those things pretty much took all day long.
