LOL! I make it a habit to AVOID situations like this. To me, it is not worth being beated to a pulp for a used laptop computer. But then again, to others, it is fun and a challenge. Just how you look at it, is all.

I LOVE AFTER THANKSGIVING SALES!!! I think it is just the adrenaline that gets me hooked. My first year ever doing this I was at Best Buy in a very long line. Once in the door I ran to the DVD players that were on sale and stacked 2 in my arms (no baskets) and then ran to get the other stuff I wanted but had to ask people to throw the item on top of my DVD boxes since I couldn't reach for them. I am not one of those people that would push people out of the way, but I have seen it at Wal-Mart. Year before last I was in line at Wal-Mart for a Gamecube in the electronics dept., just down the way there was another line for some TV's that were very cheap (this was around 3am), once the sale started at 6 or 7am our line was calm about waiting for the gamecubes but the TV line went hysterical. The people got out of line and started pushing to grab a TV. One little boy got crushed by all the people and he was screaming for his mommy. I personally have no idea why people would take their kids to begin with. He was ok, but he was so scared he pee'd in his pants..poor little guy. That same year I went to RadioShack right after and stood in line there, I was there to get 2 little M&M radio/headphones that were only $5. There was a huge pile of them, but once they opened the doors people ran and made like a football (dog pile) on top of the M&M radios. I had to run and throw myself in there too. It was so funny, thank goodness no one got hurt. I ended up getting the last 2. I can't wait for this year! I am hooked!..lol.

You are one brave woman! I tried the Wal-mart thing one year and decided never again! lol While I was there I watched two PREGNANT ladies get into a fist fight and have to go to jail all over a dvd player. Yikes!
