How long do you leave the banana bread in the oven?? I'm used to making it as muffins, not sure the timing of the loaf. I e-mailed you through your profile, but it looks like you're having a busy morning. If anyone else has a clue, feel free to chime in.

Well, with my banana bread it bakes for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

30 minutes?! Oh, SNAP!!

It's been 48 but it looks ok. I'm clueless, ya know. I checked similar recipes on allrecipes to see the time but sometimes recipes differ and I wanted to make sure. One of them said 45-60 minutes! Isn't 15 minutes a pretty big difference? Anyway, thanks!

I just said to check it, I didn't say it would be done LOL

seems like 45 to an hour would be about right... like I said just stick a toothpick in it when it "looks" done

I'm a nerd. I did check it and it is done. It's actually my first loaf ever (not counting bread machines and miniloaves). Sorry I spazzed. :P

Thanks again!

My mouth was already drooling and now I can't make it :o(

well eat a piece for me, ok? I just don't want to hear how yummy it is though ;o)

I hate it when that happens!!! If I'm desperate I call around to my neighbors to see if they have any to spare.

The twins and I have had some and I think that it is better as a loaf than a muffin. Ian was begging for a second piece and Jenny ate almost all of hers, whereas she won't eat it at all as a muffin (fickle child). And may I say a tsp of cinnamon and a half cup or so of cinnamon chips are an excellent addition? YUM!! (sorry, LOL)

I'd send you some oats if I could!!
