Did you take a break from your career to have kids? How do you balance?

I am a researcher at the University of Georgia, and I am interested in the experiences of women who have kids and how this impacts their careers.
We are looking for women who voluntarily left their jobs for one year or more to complete a short online questionnaire about their experiences.

This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of Georgia

Participants who are eligible may fall into one or more of the following categories:
• stay at home moms or caregivers
or
• those looking to re-enter the workforce
or
• those who have taken a substantial break from their jobs and returned

Yeah , when i was pregnant i thought to take a break of 3 years and later on i lost interest of going to some place and working hard. so i quilted the job.
