I'd call myself pretty crafty, I do a lot of rubber stamping and scrapbooking, I enjoy knitting scarves to match all my winter outfits, I love to bake and decorate my baked goodies, I guess I like to find crafts for all the diferent seasons too.
I used to do scrapbooking, but it's been a long time. I like to paint ornaments at Christmas time, and recently painted and decorated a wooden jewelry box. I would love to do ceramics, but right now I just don't have the time. I used to make handmade invitations/cards/table decorations for wedding and baby showers and sell them... I'd like to start doing that again if things will ever calm down around here lol. My mom was really into crafts when I was growing up, and my dad was an artist, so I've done all kinds of things... ceramics, flower arrangements and wreaths, pantyhose people (no joke), ink on glass artwork, hairbows, oil painting, wood burning... you name it, I've probably done it at some point lol.
If it's out there I do it, Scrapbooking, wood crafts, paint, draw, faux finishing, Rubber stamps, card making, Holiday crafts I could go on and on. I used to do at least 3 craft shows a year, but I just haven't had the time or strength lately. I don't like cross stich or croucheting, But I've done them.
I love to scrapbook. I also like to make my own floral arrangements. When I can't find what I like, I make my own curtains. I've painted a few murals in my day.
I love to craft, it's finding the time that is tricky. My main crafts are sewing and scrapbooking. I got really into scrapbooking after Noah was born and just had a blast doing that. I'm not a great sew-er but I still love to do it. I made Noah a CARS-themed bedroom set with a crib set and curtains for his room that turned out really neat. I'm planning on making a crib set for the new baby too in soft, light pink colors if I get a chance to in the next six weeks.
I am a novice knitter..when I have time. Also, before I got pregnant, I made mosaic art and sold them(stepping stones, crosses, frames, etc.). I love to do mosaics, though the glue can be toxic, so I had to put it on hold for a while. My Mom was a huge crafter, so I guess she passed the tradition down to me.

I have tried to do just about everything craft wise but prefer to crochet.

I don't have a crafty or artsy bone in my body, but I like to try.
Hello All-
I am a novice knitter..when I have time. Also, before I got pregnant, I made mosaic art and sold them(stepping stones, crosses, frames, etc.). I love to do mosaics, though the glue can be toxic, so I had to put it on hold for a while. My Mom was a huge crafter, so I guess she passed the tradition down to me.
Take care,
