My oldest daughter (Holli-4 1/2) has her first crush. My friends has a son together who is 6 (connor), and my two daughters and son went to the park together. Holli and Connor were running around playing Power Rangers (of course brought on by Connor). It was cute. They were pretty much inseperable. When we came back in the house, I put on a movie for them all to calm down with (Spongebob movie). Well, Connor sits down on the floor to watch it, and here comes Holli right next to him. She put her arm around him and sat close. I think he likes her, too, because he let her do it, and didn't seem to mind. They were carrying on a conversation the whole time the movie was playing (though Connor would swear up and down that he doesn't like playing with girls. lol) It was cute to watch, but at the same time I was thinking, "I am NOT ready for this!" lol Looks like it's time to really teach Holli how to treat boys. I think Connor, Holli, Lillian, our son Paul, my husband, and our friends are going to Cars when it comes out in theaters. So, we'll probably have them sit together. *sigh* My little girl's growing up...and I'm not ready for her to. lol Isn't it funny how when they're ready to grow up a little more we get a little sad, yet happy at the same time? Anyone else have a toddler who is starting to like boys already?

That is too cute! And I totally understand how you feel. =)

My youngest doesn't like boys, but my 6 yr old does and has for a couple years now. it's pretty cute, although I think the same thing.. I'm not ready for this LOL. I remember at the beginning of school this year (kindergarten) she came home and said "I love Chase, he's so cute" and the next day she said "mom I kissed Chase!" "I'm gonna marry him" .. so yeah this is an on-going thing here. A couple weeks ago she said she wants the neighbor boy to come over and sleep over in her room... when I said he couldn't, her reply was "but daddy sleeps over!" LOL I had a lot of explaining to do why she cant have boys sleep over lol.

Awww, that is too cute.
Andrew is already into girls at school and it scares me. Hope he is not like his father, or we have trouble on our hands

aaawwwww... that is so cute!
Natalie has liked boys for a couple of years too. We went to Six Flags earlier this month with my brother and his girlfriend who has two kids. Her son is a year older than Natalie, and they had to ride everything together. It was so cute, although daddy wasn't too happy about it LOL.

My husband last night joked about Holli marrying Connor one day. Then I thought, "wow...I'd be related to Tracy!" lol Don't get me wrong, she's a great friend...she's just one of those people you need to take in small doses. :o)
