beside drinking 64 oz of H2O today...try 5 set of 30 of this...Target area...THE BUTT!
Lean against a chair for support. Extend right leg behind you. Lift the leg up slowly, squeezing your butt as you go, until your leg is about 4 to 6 inches off the floor.

well I guess that rules me out!!! LOL
although I do drink enough water every day to drown an elephant...
I won't take the butt challenge since my whole body is sore from jumping rope on the kids trampoline yesterday :) but I will take the water challenge! Someone gave me a good tip...I drink the water from home since I have well water. Everytime you drink a glass put a rubber band around it to keep track of how many glasses you have had.
I know you all love these and do them...lol, but I am adding to the challenge for this next week....FOR THE BUTT!
Water workouts - 5 laps
upper chest high in the water - walk with legs kicking back and falling forwards.
