I didn't read the Glamour Article or the posts that followed, so I'll just say this about that, this particular article caught my attention, very interesting......

I'll stick my neck out...

I found it interesting and consistent with everything I've ever read on child developement. But I like that they focused on the deciding factor being the quality of the care the child got outside of other childcare. That really brings the responsibility for primary care back to the parents, more specifically the mother, which is where we all are now. :) I think it just shows what a good job we're all doing, putting our kids' needs first and making sure they have the best possible foundation. I guess it ultimately comes back to quality over quantity, although a balance is always good.

Just MHO, so please take it as just my opinion. Thanks for letting me share my .02.
