I find out today that the judge who will hear our case is NOT for SAHM's, she thinks all women should work. OK, I thought taking care of children and raising them was a job! Im sooooooooooooooooooooooo livid, I have a 8 month baby and a 3 year old, and she doesnt believe my job is important. She feels that if you're healthy you should be working. SO, this means there's a chance I will not get spousal support AKA alimony. I understand I will have to work, but my intentions were to go back to school so I can get my degree and make more than $9/hr. What is wrong with our justice system?? :( Why doesn't the title SAHM mean anything to anyone? This needs to change. I could just cry. And the fact my husband discussed reconciling with me...............
