I was curious if anyone has used a gym daycare for a younger baby?

I haven't, but a friend does. She said that there are all grandmotherly type people in there that read to her DD and play with her. And they use sanitizer and give her a full report when she is done. I am going to check out the one near me. The offer swim lessons, so I figure I can work out for 1 hr and then DD can do her lesson.

I would rather pay my sitter (the 17 year old neighbor girl) to watch my son.

I had a membership for the YMCA and I took the kids to the daycare there.

I think it really depends on the facility.

I am a member of Good Life fitness and I take Megan (2.5 years) and she loves it. My friend I work out with has been taking her baby since she was a couple months old. It sounds like a great idea. As for the Purell, well the daycare workers are busy, so I wouldn't count on them doing it all the time, but take his toys and ask them to clean them off.
