Just wondering what the little ones are dressing up as for Halloween (if they do) and what the plans are. I cant wait to see pictures of all the kids! Do the moms & dads dress up too when you take them trick or treating?

We dress up every year (remember last year DH painted my very pregnant belly a big eyeball). I am not sure what DH and I will be this year though. But Mercedes is going to be somewhat of a gothic vampire, Lexus and Aston are going to be devils. We wanted Aston to be Yoda, but all the costumes online have been out for quite awhile. I have not been able to find a baby Yoda costume here in town and at Party City (where we buy our costumes every year) did not have a great baby boy selection. So the cutest one to me was the little devil. We can't wait, the kids have had their costumes for a few weeks now and even their candy bags/pails...lol. And just day before yesterday I put out all our halloween decorations. Does Canada do Halloween? If so, what is Belle going to be?

DS is going to be Darth Vader (along with a million other little boys : ) DD wants to be a dalmation except we can't find a costume her size - she's 7 and all the dalmation costumes are toddler sizes. I hope I don't have to get crafty and make her one...that wouldn't be pretty.

Wish me luck - I need one Cinderella and one Mermaid costume. I usually make them, because I enjoy it, so now I just have to figure out what we have in the way of dress up stuff to put together these outfits. And then make the rest. They will use them for the costume parade at school, Trick or Treat at my BIL's (which is totally a fun night - they have safe TOT in their neighborhood on a Saturday night and a bunch of us go there) and then Sunday of that weekend in our area. Nobody even comes to our subdivision because our lots are so big (3+ acres) so the houses are really far apart and really far from the road, so we get on a flatbed trailer, then hook it up to someone's truck and go to the subdivision kitty corner from ours. Usually the houses there even have treats for the adults - shots, beer, wine, jello shots, etc. Funny, huh? But we don't have to dress up for that. Phew!!
