I dont know if this is possible for you to do or not, but growing up on a farm, my parents used to get a couple bales of hay, untie them and make it into a big pile on the lawn (with plastic drop cloth underneath for easier cleanup) they would bury "treasures" (little tiny toys) in it, and each kid would have a timed amount of time to dig in the hay pile to find a toy. If they didnt get one the first time around, they alternate turns until every child has found a toy. Kind of like "a needle in a haystack"

We had fun with that.

Well, we also had hayrides, but that might be difficult without a wagon and horses!

Let me talk to my sister and see what she remembers, she's older.

Sounds like a great party!

I love using large appliace boxes and a refrigorator box painted like a red barn would be cute. You could use the barn for the kids to play in and it would make cute photo ops.

You could decorate with faux fur or cow sheets you paint with a cow print.

I did a "pig" party for my son and I made chocolate pudding and they all had to eat it without hands!! That was fun!
