Glad to hear it's going well. I'm done with orientation today, yay!! They're training me on the shift I'll be working, 2nds, and I'm training part time. I don't go back again until Friday the 20th.
You really can't beat healthcare in the benefits department, imo. I get great ones through dh, though, and am actually able to make more $ by not needing healthcare, which is a huge perk. And the vast majority of administration where I work are moms, making them very understanding about my schedule, keeping it flexible. For training, I just tell them what days I want to work and they say 'ok'. It's been a fabulous experience so far.
paid maternity leave???....Should we be planning another baby shower on the board LOL???
Congratulations on the job, it sounds great!
Sounds like an awesome job.
