The house drama continues...

We have been under contract on our old house since the end of June... we were supposed to close Aug 10th.

It sounds like such a nightmare. I'm glad you do have an offer waiting to close, though. Any idea when things should be in order so you can close and be done with it?

No we signed another extension until the 24th of Sept but that is just a date the realtor picked. Daughter has to be reinspected and close and we need to get the well guy to figure out why his stuff is not getting rid of the bacteria. I really hope it is in Sept.
