Lat night our realtor came over, and we talked, and decided to put our place on the market and see if there's any action. We listed under what the other unit has listed at, because they are way over priced in our opinion, and we have all the same upgrades as they do, except for the countertops. We thought that since we are listed at the same time, people may be more attracted to our unit because we are at a lower price, an end unit, have a fireplace, and a bigger yard...soooo we are hoping that people will be more drawn to our place, get multiple bids, and in turn that may drive the offers up.
NOW...how do I keep this house spotless 24/7??? lol. Good grief, I had a hard time keeping it clean in the 2 hours the realtor was here lol. Now we are putting an offer in on the place we loved. I need some prayers that everything falls into place if you don't mind!!!

Yay Lesley! Keeping the house spotless 24/7 was the absolute WORST thing that went along with selling our house. That, and not having showings during naptime. Good luck, I hope everything goes smoothly for you.

G/L, Lesley!! Hope it sells quick.

Sending you ~~~~~<<<>>>~~~~~ :)
My opinion is, that if people have kids, they will understand if your home is not spotless. Just part of having kids. If they like your home, they will buy it regardless of a mess when they see it.
Good luck!!
I hope your house sells quickly and you're able to get into your new home very soon!!
Things seem to be going perfectly for you. I know what you mean about keeping things spotless 24/7. I remember having to do that when we sold our townhouse. YUCK!! Good luck with that!
Prayers for you that everything works out in your favor, and you get your pretty new home and sell yours quickly.
Sofia
It sounds like you made a great desicion!
