I don't see the harm in applying. Perhaps finding out more about the postings will help you make your decision. You can always decline if offered the position, but weigh your options carefully. I usully make a pro and con list to see what outweighs what. Good luck!

I would say if you're REALLY not sure and your heart isn't leading you in one direction or another, give working a try.

Maybe just apply and see what happens. If you get the job, maybe it was meant to be. Would your kids go to daycare? You might find that you just miss them too much, too, because they're so little! I can relate to the desire to work, but that desire to be with our babies full time is pretty strong, too!

Good luck to you!!

Hi I;m Jess
I thought I would just give you another opinion. I've been thinking about going back too. Only part time because we really need the money. If we sisn't I wouldn't even be thinking it because they grow up so fast before we know it they'll be in school and not always wanting to be with us. These are the most important years of their lives and no one cares about your kids like you do. With that being said how old are your boys? They remind me alot of my own. Tyson will be 3 in may and Clayton will be 1 in june. They are so funny and wonderful. They do have their moments but jobs will always be there and our kids won't. Good luck on making your decsion feel free to talk anytime. y/f Jess

This is such a difficult decision! Even more so when you have a job you really love. I have been working from home for the past 3 years now and it has been wonderful to get to see all of my children growing up and be there for them and still bring in money and have a social life so to speak. In the end it is up to you and your hubby what you do but maybe working from home somewhere might be an option for you that could help. I know it has really helped our family. Just another option. Either way God will show you were he wants you. Seek and ye shall find knock and it shall be opened. Sounds like you are approaching it right in prayer first! All the best!

I so understand the whole being afraid that I am going to miss something or I am going to turn around and my children will be grown and gone from home. I am home with my kids all day and it still seams that I can just look up and see that they are doing something new or changing in some way, and the older they get the faster it seams like they change. Look at it this way if you do apply there is a chance you may get it. With any job you usually have a 90 day training period or waiting time. Use that time to see if this will work for you, your boys, and your hubby. If you are miserable or your family is miserable you alway have to option to quit. It is so hard to know what to do hang in there. I will pray that God will show you the right door to go threw!

(((Valerie)))

I think going ahead and applying is a good idea... just continue to pray and leave the rest up to God ;o)
I understand about wasted tv time... my kids watch way too much tv, and even though we homeschool, I never feel that I spend enough time with them.
In the end, you need to make the decision that works best for you and your family, financially, relationship wise, and time wise. I'll be praying that you find the answers you're looking for!
