Right now with the kids not having gone back to school we've been fairly lax but for the most part and during the school year especially it's routined. I do Flylady.net which is a little confusing at first but REALLY helps us stay together. It's all about routines and keeping cleaning to 15 min. a day on most days. It helps my 6 year old stay on target w/ cleaning his room etc. too.

Wake up around 7:30-8 then get DH off. Around 9 we leave and run errands, or go to playdates and/or go to the to the gym. Home between 12 and 1 for a nap. Wake up around 3 or 4, then we go to the pool or we play at home. Straighten up, get dinner ready. Dinner by 7, start bed time routine by 8 and then bedtime.
DH leaves around 6-7 am. I stay in bed for a little while. Chey wakes up around 7-8 am. We eat breakfast. Then we play a little. i check my e-mail if chey is good playing by himself. If we have any errands to run i do that around 10 or so. Back home for nap time around 12-1pm. After nap we eat lunch. i usually clean the kitchen while he is eating lunch. Then we play some more. go to the park etc. daddy gets home btw 5-8. eat dinner after daddy gets home. bedtime routine. bath, book, calm down. chey goes to bed at 8-9pm. then we relax and usually go to bed a few hours after chey.
this is on a good day. some days i do alot more cleaning.
Most days I get the kids up fed, dressed, off to school. I come home and eat breakfast read a bit then sometimes I will take a little nap then I get some stuff done. Eat lunch and run errands if I have any. Sometimes I switch that around and do my errands in the morning. I don't usually get started on my major chores till after lunch. The morning goes so fast. I am not a morning person and need more sleep. Doesn't help that I stay up till midnight at least every night. I am 100% a night person. I do most of my laundry at night.
Next week it will be different as school will be in, but I haven't fine tuned that yet. I'm still waiting to find out Johnathan's bus schedule, and waiting to hear from the other moms who are involved in the neighborhood joyschool we are setting up for Ethan and other neighborhood 3-4 year olds who can't afford preschool this year. As for now this is our basic schedule, assuming it's a day where there is no church, family home evening, date night, etc. This is a typical weekday.
6am - I am up getting myself dressed and ready for the day and get the watering going outside and keep it going until 10ish
7am - the kids are up. Libby gets a diaper change and nurses.
7:30am - I get the kids dressed and start the laundry and keep it going throughout the day
8am - I start daily chores
9:30am - breakfast
10am - I clean up the kitchen, work on weekly chores if they haven't been done already. If they have I do big chores (like today I organized the boys room). Dh wakes up
11:30am - this is usually about the time I start working on making dinner (really lunch, but it's our big meal of the day)
noon - dinner
12:30pm - clean up the kitchen and then play with the kids
1:30pm - the younger two kids take their naps and they will wake up anywhere between 3pm and 5pm, Johnathan gets his video game time, I work on folding laundry, and take care of any housework that's out of sorts)
2:30pm or so - usually this is my time to spend with dh but he has overtime this week and has been leaving by 1:30 so I've been using this slot of time as downtime. I play a game, read, scrapbook, crochet, take a nap, have a diet coke, read the boards, whatever.
3:30pm - play with Johnathan, and as they wake up, the other kids, or if they are playing well by themselves and I'm needing some downtime, I take it. Corey leaves for work (except this week of course)
5:30pm - lunch (dinner to you guys, but for us this is just a small meal, usually ramen noodles, mac and cheese, or pb&j for the kids, and a Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, Lean Cuisene, or Lean Pocket for me)
6pm - send the boys outside to play (because it's finally cool enough), clean up the kitchen, do that day's dishes, start the outdoor watering if I wasn't able to get the whole yard in the morning and keep it going until I go to bed or until it's done.
6:30pm - take Libby outside to join her brothers. We will switch off every night. One night we will just play in the yard all together, the next night the kids play in the yard while I do the yardwork, the next night they play while I clean out the car, the next night we'll go for a walk, and the next night we'll go play at the park
7:45pm - Ethan and Libby get a bath, the kids get pjs on
8pm - the kids and I get their rooms straightened.
8:30pm - we have a snack, and the kids get their teeth brushed
9pm - bedtime for the kids, getting stories read and prayers and that takes about 15 minutes
9:15pm - downtime for me
10pm - I try to make myself go to bed at this time. Sometimes I'm needing a little more downtime before I can actually sleep so I'll take it.
Libby nurses 2-3 times a day, but the only time during the day that it happens at a consistent time is when she nurses first thing in the morning. Other than that it's just when she wants to and that could be at any time. She nursed at 11 this morning, so I'm guessing she'll want to nurse again around 8 tonight, but I've been wrong before.

Well, now that school is in it is different. Summer, we slept in!
Now I get up at about 6, have a little "me time" and fix Hayden's lunch. I get him up at 6:45, give him breakfast, and DH takes him to school. Owen is up about 8 for breakfast and he watches a little PBS and/or plays and I sit with him, watching, talking, folding laundry. Kate gets up at 9:30 or 10. Get her breaskfast, play a bit. Then we usually go to the park or do any shopping we need to do, go to the library, play group, etc. Home for lunch, put Kate down for her nap. Owen and I play/work around the house and yard, get Kate up, get Hayden from school at 3. Then snack, homework, and get dinner ready. DH home about 5:30. I don't do a lot of structured activities. We do a La Leche League play group twice a month and story time at the library.
