to potty train puppies? I swear we have tried it all. I keep an eye on the and they still pee right next to me. They just dont care. I tap their noses and tell them bad and then take them out right away.
I will take them out and they go and a ssoon as they get in they go again. UGH
I just want puppies that dont pee 1000 times

We actually suceeded in paper training Andre, our Bichon. We put him in the kitchen when we are gone and at night. Papers are in one of those plastic trays you dry boots in, so it is easy to move. He has been accident-free for the last month! (he's 9 months now) We found the trick to be rewarding him every time he went in the tray, even if we weren'tin the room when he did it. He actually comes to get me when he does something so he can get his treat. As to a den, he likes to hang out in the little area behind the toilet. I guess it's nice and cool there on hot days. Hubby likes to not tell people that as he finds it amusing to hear the shriek when they suddenly feel a cold nose on their leg. ;)
