wks! SO what do I do............go buy a bag of chips and dip and sit and eat it with soda! I CANT believe I cant lose weight! I admit I need to exercise more but I eat SALAD everyday for lunch! THAT IS IT! NO snacking at night.......well most of the time. I am not eating nearly as much as I used too! Well except yesterday.

OH well someone pull me back on the wagon PLEASE!

*Boot*, that's my foot kicking your butt back in the wagon, LOL! Don't be so hard on yourself, hon! Sometimes thing stall out a little, but you'll get back on track. Try just doing 15 minutes of exercise a day and I'll bet you'll see a difference. You're doing great!!!

Mornin Denise! HAve you been to your dr lately? I'm going to go to, cause I'm having trouble. I've been keeping track of calories consumed and like you have been exercising all the time and have lost 2 lbs....in 3 weeks....that's not much. I'm gonna give it another 2 weeks and head to the dr. Maybe you should call your to see if your thyroid or something is acting up.

Thanks. I heard that a slow weight loss is better for you. You can keep it off better. I just want 10lbs gone NOW! LOL

Perhaps you're restricting your food intake too much? I know if you don't get enough calories on a daily basis, your body will hold on to them instead of burning them, thus no weight loss. Have you been keeping track? Try keeping a diary of what you eat for just one day and then add up the calories in the evening. You might surprise yourself! Let me know if you do this, then I'll help you find a website that will give you calorie information for different foods!
