Hi everyone i am new at this so be patient i'm still not sure what i am doing but i saw it on the today's show and thought maybe it would be a good way to meet people who have something in common with me. it's amazing that once you have a baby you seem to lose touch with your friends. somedays i am dying for some grown-up talk. but anyway i am a sahm to bentley who is 14 months old, and the joy of my life. and wife of chase who isn't too bad either. i look forward to getting to know some of you or all of you.

I am new as well. I am still trying to figure this out. I know I am not used to being at home constantly now. My children are 17 mths and almost 4mths old. I want to pull out my hair almost on a daily basis. How does anyone cope with this??

Welcome to the board.
all i can say is thank god for nap time!!! when i am at my wits end somehow it always seems to be almost nap time and then after a good two hours of quiet and getting my house clean bentley is up ready to destroy it again but he is easier to deal with if i am not stressed out anymore. and it is always nice when daddy comes home. if he will just entertain him for 30 minutes so that i can get dinner done it is helpful. good luck!!

Thanks, you know alot of people have told me that I need to get out without the kids but we cannot afford anything right now. And besides that I feel so guilty everytime I leave my kids behind. I almost feel like I am not being a good mother by wanting so away time. Like it is selfish. And I have an almost DH, I have a fiance'. He does fine with the kids most of the time but sometimes the baby who is almost 4 mths, only wants me. My DH gets frustrated when he doesn't know what to do.
I totally know what you mean but if you are running at half speed with all oars in the water, eventually you are going to run out of steam and really turn into a bad mother.
I'm Desiree in North Texas, married 11 years to Kyle, and homeschooling mom to Natalie (6), Hannah (3), and Brayden (1).
I see from your profile that you are in Arkansas! I have a lot of family there, and my mom moved back there a few years ago.
