I am so tired ...

Hi,
I am new to this board. I am writing in hope to get some support and advice.
My baby is 9 months. I have been staying with him since day one... My husband's job is a traveling job. Usually he leaves on Sunday and comes on Friday night or Sat morning.
I am so exsausted!!! My son is demanding lot's of attention since the day he was born, it got easier actually since he can entertain himself now, he can crawl too. I love to do what i do, but some days i just need an hour break for myself to sleep or read a book !!! He is not a good sleeper neither in the daytime, nor in the night. He wakes up 3-4 times in the night... I breastfeed him once or twice. I tried to ignore his crying, but then it is so difficult... Next day I am so tired... And there is noone even to take him from me for several hours ! Our parents live in another country. No friends who will babysit for couple hours.
Most of the daycares are full-time...
I feel like i need some break... Where do i start? I need some friends to go for a coffee or chat... When I worked I had this possibility. I am getting very depressed... I thought about gym, YMCA. I wanted to join. I heard they have child care. My friends are working full time and most of them have free time on the weekends, not on the weekdays.
Any ideas? Sorry for the messy message.

Welcome!
Your frustration is one that is shared my many!!
We can all relate to you! I agree that joining a gym or a playgroup or mom's group would be a good break. I'm sorry you don't have any friends or family around that can help out. I'm in the same boat. My family lives in another state, as do my in-laws. I'm telling you, sometimes I wouldn't mind having the MIL around just for a break and that's saying a lot!!! Hang in there. Keep posting. It can be a nice break.
And I'm Tarra, SAHM to Noah, 15 months, and a baby girl due in April.
Hi there!
You are not alone!! My DH works alot
