My blood pressure has been up so I've been feeling really bad the past 3 days or so, but now my allergies are bothering me too. I checked my blood pressure at the store last night (after it had gone down A LOT) and it was 125 over 68... makes me wonder how high it got up to before it went down. It feels like it's back up again. I have a dr appt on friday, and I'm nervous b/c I don't want to have any problems that might make her not let me try for a VBAC.

Big Hugs Desiree!!! Aren't there some tricks to getting your blood pressure down? My mind is blank at the moment so hopefully someone will know. I hope everything is well!!!

I am sorry you are not feeling well.
I remember the high blood pressure days. I had to be on bedrest, mine was so bad. I hope you can get it to stay normal so you don't feel so ucky.

Desiree, I am sorry you are feeling so awful! The only thing I remember about high bp is to lay on your left side (I had it with Olivia at the end). I hope you feel better soon and have an easy delivery in June!!! Hugs!!!

My blood pressure seems to be down today (so far). I'm going to just keep resting and try to keep the stress to a minimum. I bought some veggies to make some juice, and I'm going to try to detox my body to see if that will help me to feel better.


It's been a vicious cycle lately.... I had severe ligament pain, so I was unable to do any cooking, and we had to eat a lot of "quick fix" stuff & fast food for a while, which is loaded in sodium. Now with my leg excercises & raspberry leaf tea the ligament pain is better, but my blood pressure has been up b/c of the excess sodium, and I've felt even worse. Not to mention all the stress of being ill and not being able to cook/clean/take care of my family like I need to. My kids are freaking out lately (fighting, yelling, throwing temper tantrums)
