It did! I lost my 15 month old baby in a crowd of people. I have never felt like I felt for the two minutes it took to find him! For two very long minutes I saw more people in one place then I have ever seen in my life.

We went to an awesome Founder's Day Party at a public park. They had train rides, moon walks, a petting zoo, beer,... My husband and I had three kids with us and my good friend had three kids with her and her husband. We had been dancing to the band and decided to go back to our spot for the firework display. My husband had the baby and was going to get myself and him another beer (our second in three hours). He put the baby down and told me he was going. I turn to him and said something then look to count kids. Then said where's "the little guy"? We looked and looked then we all started moving. I told these two men that had just been playing with my baby that I had lost him....Meaning can you please help me. They didn't move. One just repeated what I had said. I think he was drunk and didn't care. I went one way, my husband another then I saw him just in front of our spot with the people sitting in front of us. The kid got kisses and squeezes and was not let down to his disagreement. I feel soooo guilty and sooooo lucky! I could barely stand those two minutes he was missing!

I will pray for those parents of missing children.

I am sorry that happened! What a horrible feeling that must have been. You know I always loved those wrist connectors for my two when they were little. We went to the zoo and mall a lot so they came in handy. The kids got to feel more indipendent and walk around instead of being in the stroller the whole time. You do have to glare a few rude people down but it is worth the peace of mind.
