Independence gone?

I am really hoping I can find some help here. I am a stay at home mom to a 7 month old and I am 5 1/2 months pregnant. I am exhausted all the time. The problem is... I had a very successful career prior to having the baby. Now I don't know what to do with myself or the baby! I find myself not showering, I don’t' know how to stimulate her or entertain her (partly because I'm so tired). But I also have a problem not having my own money and having to rely on hubby and feeling like he makes all the final decisions because he makes the money. I feel so lost. I have NO time for myself and I'm having a really hard time adjusting. Any advice??
