I am tired of being this fat already!! I have NEVER been this big before in my life. It has been 6 months since my hysterectomy and 8 months since Aston has been born, so NO MORE EXCUSES!! I talked with my dd's last night and we decided to throw out any bad food we have. So today I am throwing out EVERYTHING and I just bought Blue Bell ice cream the other day. Maybe I can mail it to "istlmomof2" to add to her collection..lol. I am even throwing out all the candy we have collected from pinatas, halloween, etc. We are gonna start eating healthy, starting up our pilates again and hopefully real soon I can finally buy an exercise bike. I will need some motivation ladies. I have to look the way I did 6 years ago plus I want to be healthy for the sake of my children. Anyone else want to join me in this life changing event?...lol. (excluding the mommy's to be which is half of our board..lol;)

I'm down to my pre-pregnancy weight (before Brayden), but I'm still 100 pounds over where I want to be. Unfortunately I never lost any weight after having Hannah (I had gained 65 pounds with her and only lost the initial 20 when she was born). I've never had any motivation to lose any, since I knew I was going to have another baby, but now that I'm done, this weight is finally coming OFF!!!
I can't start my pilates yet since I'm still healing from the surgery, but I should be able to start walking... it's just so hot :o(

YES WE CAN DO IT LADIES!!! Desiree that sounds like a great idea of doing a journal thread. I had wanted to start keeping one (on paper) but this sounds better. Maybe we can do a weekly or monthly weigh in, post different excersises, healthy meal plans, etc. WOOHOO I am so excited now. I was already getting second thoughts of throwing out all this good (bad) food. But I am gonna do it right now. Thank you ladies.

Im with you too. I need to lose a lot. Ive been on my but way too much in the last 13 years and gained a lot. I dont need to be rail thin but I would love to look nice and be healther. I need to start to going for walks again and eating better but it is so hard. I wish I had the money to go back to Weight Watchers again. And everyone here in the house could stand to eat a lot healther too. My FIL who is here during the week is now a Diabetic and is over weight and could realy use me making better food too and so could the boys they are both a bit on the bigger side.

That sounds good. I threw everything out except a brand new pumpkin pie we just bought..lol. So now I think I can have a slice before Monday..lol. I know I shouldn't, I'll try not to, but it is soooo hard. I am sitting here with nothing to do and so I feel like munching and watching T.V. Someone help me! BTW..Desiree, when I was throwing all the junk out I came across graham crackers and cream cheese frosting that I had bought thanks to you posting that craving when you were pg..lol. Boy, right now it sounds real good, but it is in the dumpster:( I think I will eat some grapes and drink water instead of having pumpkin pie:( We are gonna be the hottest stay at home momma's ever! Let's go for it!

I am with you. I need to lose about 25 lbs. Been hanging on since Carter was born 4 years ago! LOL!
