I am tired of being this fat already!! I have NEVER been this big before in my life. It has been 6 months since my hysterectomy and 8 months since Aston has been born, so NO MORE EXCUSES!! I talked with my dd's last night and we decided to throw out any bad food we have. So today I am throwing out EVERYTHING and I just bought Blue Bell ice cream the other day. Maybe I can mail it to "istlmomof2" to add to her collection..lol. I am even throwing out all the candy we have collected from pinatas, halloween, etc. We are gonna start eating healthy, starting up our pilates again and hopefully real soon I can finally buy an exercise bike. I will need some motivation ladies. I have to look the way I did 6 years ago plus I want to be healthy for the sake of my children. Anyone else want to join me in this life changing event?...lol. (excluding the mommy's to be which is half of our board..lol;)

I am sorry that you are struggling with weight. I am too, but in the opposite way. I try so hard to gain the weight but keep losing it, so I know how you feel. It is frustrating.
I hope that what you are doing works for you. I wish you luck and think you are on the right track to doing it :)

Well yesterday and today I have stuck to better eating and drinking more water (which I never do). I think we should reward ourselves if we do good all week or every other week by eating something we really love. At least that is what I have heard from trainers, etc. that if you eat well and exercise everyday that you can have something rewarding at the end of the week (just don't overdo it). What do you think? Are we all starting on Monday (tommorrow) after all?

i agree, i too could use to lose about 50 lbs to be back to my premarried weight (smallest i ever was). i just started packing on the lbs after our wedding and then when i had dd forget it, i just got bigger, and bigger, and bigger. its' ridiculous, i feel disgusted by myself and that my clothes are all tight and i can only wear 2 pairs of capris during the summer because i refuse to go out and buy bigger clothes. i rarely want to be intimate with dh because i'm so ashamed and self conscience of how i've let myself go. i started thinking about doing weight watchers too, alot of my friends said it was the only thing that worked for them. i think it's a great idea to do weigh ins and to list goals, excercises that work for you and low fat/healthy meals (i'm always looking for ideas for dinner - that's our downfall). so i'm in, at least i hope i can get motivated to join in UGH.
