I don't have a problem with it, but I agree with Kim that it's really sad that a restaurant would have to resort to banning kids just to be able to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.

I agree. It shouldn't *have* to become an official restaurant policy, but I can understand how it's gotten to the point where a restaurant might feel like it was necessary.

What is White Spot? We don't have those around here. We actually don't have anything it seems! No Sonic, no In N Out (which I hear nothing but good things about). BUT we are getting our very first Chik-Fil-A! It was in the local paper not too long ago.

I agree that parents should just have the common sense to know which restaurants are more appropriate for their family based on their children's ages. There are some restaurants that I absolutely love, but I wouldn't dream of taking my 5 1/2 and 2 year old there. People want to be able to enjoy their meal in peace, especially if they are paying an arm and a leg for it!
