I'm sorry... I was just visualizing that as I was reading :o)
We used to get geckos in our trailer where we lived before... I always just threw a bowl on top, slid a piece of sturdy paper underneath and threw them back outside.
now if it was a mouse or a snake... I would DEFINITELY be completely freaking out!
just out of curiosity... did the lysol have any effect on it? LOL
LOL, Andrea! Well at least your house was disinfected after you were done, lol! I would have freaked out, too! I saw a mouse the other night and almost had a heart attack! Dogs are the only wildlife allowed in my home, lol!
You know what I'm afraid of girl but I'll let everyone know, I AM HORRIFIED OF ROACHES (THE BIG WATER BUG/FLYING ONES). Here in Texas we get huge big gross flying water bugs, especially when it is humid out. I don't know what I would do if one was inside and near Aston. I don't think I would be able to even get near it. I am so horrified that my husband blames me for my girls being the same way. (Don't tell dh, but I think he is scared of them too..lol) Well anyway Andrea, I feel for you, cause I would be doing the same thing. Except one time (about 9 years ago) I grabbed a can of hairspray instead of Lysol...lol.
LOL! What a scene that must have been! Well if ya couldn't kill him, at least you were able to disenfect him! :-)
I am terrified of snakes and I would really panic if I had to deal with one of them on my own. My dh and ds always take care of those critters for me, but if ever i'm alone with one, i'll definitely have to try the lysol! LOL!
Andrea, I would've been freaking out, too! You were brave enough to attempt to go after the lizard, I would've just cried and yelled for dh! I'm glad you got things until control :) kate
ROFL Andrea!!!!
