A little sad

Today is kind of a sad day for me. Yesterday my two daughters went over to their grandma's house for a month. I stay at home with my kids all day, so they are my life. I miss them, but at the same time I know my husband and I need this break. I cried a lot yesterday, though. I'm getting used to the idea and am starting to like the freedom, though. I just don't know what I'll do with all of my extra time...and quietness! It feels strange not to have two rowdy toddlers running around, sometimes fighting, and mauling me. lol I guess I have time to focus on myself and marriage for a month, though. :o) *sigh* But I sure do miss my little brats. lol

No clue on how I'll spend this month. lol I feel lost without my daughters to take care of. I guess I'll just take time for myself (havn't done that in a while), my marriage, and my son. Do some relaxing and continue my hobby of painting. Just enjoy myself. I was really getting burnt out, so this is good for me. The children love their grandma and have fun up in the mountains, so it's a good vacation for them away from me, and mostly their brother. lol I think it's going to be a looooong month though with the quietness. :o)

I have two mini-vacations planned in July... 1) is a two day, one night rafting trip with the deaf and disabled group I volunteer with.
