Living Will

My husband and I need to make a living will in the event that we both die. We have children and can not decide who to leave them with. He has 2 siblings with children. However, one sibling lives far away from any of my family and I do not want my family to be that far away from grandkids. His other sibling has a rotten marriage and I can't have my kids raised in a family where the parents fight and are always talking divorce. I want to leave them with my parents but he says that they are too liberal and would not raise our kids in a Christian environment. His parents lead a very carefree lifestyle and do not want to be tied down with responsibility of raising grandkids. I wish we had a couple that we were close to that had children that we felt we could leave them with but we don't. I am confused and don't know what to do.
Anyone been here? Suggestions?

We're in the process of doing this same thing...and it is so hard.
We have already made ours.
