Hello, all, yes, i got a Clear Blue Easy, after i ate a jar of spicy salsa for breakfast with a spoon, and yes it was a (+) so i am pregnant! It was a totally effortless, and not excpected conception, and well, don't believe what they say about fertility dwindlening after 35! I think it is hog wash! Anyway, i am not nauseated at all and have mild fatigue and feel great. With my daughter i was deathly ill and sick to my stomach for 3 months, and dead tired! If this pregnancy goes this way i am going to gain so much weight cause this baby is hungry, i think i am going to call this baby Ramone, or Ramona, since it loves spicy mexican food, i swear i would kill for a taco right now, with hot verde sauce, the green one, i gotta go find that one, there is only one supermarket that sells it here. Anyaway, it is still early on, only in the 3rd week gestation, so i have a long way to go. I hope it goes this great, without nausea, as i said, i was so sick with my dd, and didn't gain a lot of weight in the first tri-mester, at all. Now, i have a great appetite and no sickness, and mild aversions, to smells, i couldn't stomach anything with dd. smell wise.
Ok, this is my big news, hope to talk to you guys later. Maybe it is a boy, cause they say with boys you have less nausea, is that true, though?

Congrats!!!!

I hope that the rest of your pregnancy is easy-going. Not sure if you have less nausea with boys or not -- I had no morning sickness with either DD, but ended up losing weight my entire pregnancy with DS -- I actually weighed 5 lbs less on the day I gave birth then before I was pregnant! But since you had such awful morning sickness with your DD then maybe this will be a boy!! Either way wishing you a great pregnancy and a happy healthy baby!!!!

Congrats!!:) I wasn't hardly sick at all with my 2 boys,so it may be true?? I actually felt great with my 2nd pregnancy, tons of energy and no nausea, maybe for an hour a day until the 3rd month hit.
It seems to be that you get more sick with girls, But I dont know? I hope you have a healthy and happy 9 months!!

Congratulations! I'm so happy for you! Wow, cravings already? And mexican, no less. If that keeps up you will definitely have a happy pregnancy. LOL

With Noah I had a great pregnancy. No morning sickness, mild fatigue, it was wonderful. I ate and ate and ate whatever and whenever (and gained forty pounds). With this pregnancy (it's a girl) I had bad morning sickness in the beginning and still get nauseous and terribly dizzy every so often. I also have bad reflux that I didn't have the first time. I've lost fifteen pounds since becoming pregnant with #2. I always heard the rumor was that boys are easier pregnancies than girls, but it varies for everyone.

Let us know when you find out your due date!

SINCHARITIRIA Arie!! Engios! How exciting! :) Now see? You were debating and debating, and the choice has been taken out of your hands. I'm happy for you!!

BTW, I *was* much sicker with my girls. But I was pregnant with twins, and they say the morning sickness is worse with twins because the HCG hormones are doubled. I was also sick with my boys, however. I think it just varies from person to person, and how you handle pregnancy, and there are no hard and fast rules.

Do you have a preference as to gender?

I'm LOL about the salsa jar for breakfast! One time I ate an entire package of tater tots in one sitting when I was pregnant with Matthew!
