momb and other flyers, HELP!!

ok, i've finally succumbed to the flylady craze and i'm really trying to do it this time. but there are just not enough minutes in the day!! i simply cannot get this all done! ok ok, i know i'm on the computer right now so my whining about a time crunch doesn't sound all that plausible, but giving up my my only time to myself all day just isn't gonna happen :P but how do i manage the rest of my day? it seems like i'm always running but never getting it all done!
i've done the weekly plan thing and that's all well and good, but it seems like that's over and beyond the hours of cleaning i already do, and i can't squeeze it all in! i have two little ones and it seems like all i do is chase them around and clean up their messes, and adding an hour of intensive cleaning to all that is not possible. like for example: i have to spend about 30 mins a day cleaning the livingroom no matter what, i have to vacuume in here every day and pick up toys, socks, shoes, movies, etc etc or else my house is a disaster zone. i have to sweep the kitchen at least once a day and wipe down all the counters or it's the same thing. i have to do at least 2 loads of laundry and put them away, wash the dishes, and do all those other normal every day chores. so that's at least 2 hours of chores every day, then add in another hour/ hour and a half for the weekly chores and there goes my whole day!! i can't do it in the am because i have to get kids up and out the door then take dh to work, then i'm on here for trists nap (about an hour) and like i said i'm just not giving that up, then he gets up and i make lunch and feed him, now it's 12:30 or 1:00, so i have an hour or so to clean before i get dd at 2:00. come home at 2:30-3:00 and do homework and play with the kids for a few mins, now it's 4:00, then get dinner ready and go get dh by 5:00, get home, dinner, baths, bed by 7:00, and my whole day is gone and i still didn't get anything done! HELP!!
i know there's a trick to this but i haven't figured it out yet, can you lend me your tips and tricks?

Clarity,
First it is so good to see a post from you on the board! We have missed you around here!
Have you made your control journal? I use this for everything. One of the first things I do in the morning is to check my control journal. I use a three ring binder and sheet protectors and a dry erase marker. The first thing in my control journal is a printed schedule of my morning routine. Next is a sheet protected to- do list. I use my marker to write down anything I need to do that day or the next. Then my chore charts come next. Here is a link to the charts I use...(there are a lot of ads to this site, on the first page scroll down to chore charts and click there, on the second page scroll down and you will see the household chore charts) I put these in sheet protectors and mark things off as I go.

Many of the things you listed as doing every day are part of my routines. All that Flylady had me do differently was write those items down. So, for example in the morning I vaccuum the major living areas, make the beds, start a load of laundry and do 15 minutes in my zone.
Maybe I've missed something but I don't think she has you add an hour of intensive cleaning (if I'm wrong maybe you all should leave me in blissful ignorance). On Monday's you do a home blessing hour but that's just one day a week. Also, if you look at the things she has listed during that home blessing hour they are already things that you do. For example, one of them is emptying the trash cans but since I have a 10 month old that loves trash that's part of my afternoon routine already and I don't have to worry about it. Changing sheets on the bed is part of that hour and it doesn't take much longer than my usual making the beds in the morning anyway.
I hope this helps.
