Sorry for posting this so late, but technically it's still monday in my time zone LOL
How did everyone do this last week with your workouts, water intake, and weight loss?
Unfortunately I didn't lose any this last week... I think I was in a state of depression after finding out that my scales were 10 pounds off... but still I guess it's better than gaining. I'm doing a little better eating my fruit & veggies, but still need to really focus on that. I've been doing great drinking lots of water, and I hope to feel up to starting my pilates this week.

Not so good here. I have been eating desserts again after dinner. Somedays I will make something not so bad like strawberry shortcakes, but then other nights I have to have chocolate:( I will be good this week. I am still drinking more water than I usually do and still doing my sit-ups. But other than that nothing:( I think I need some motivation to do my pilates video ladies.

I hope everyone else is doing better. I have taken a picture of me on Sunday so I can see my size and will take measurements. I hope I can get more motivated.

Annette, Do we have the same daughter?..lol. Mine is always telling me or DH "awww, mommy is looking at that boy daddy" or "daddy is looking at that girl". Big (((HUGS))) to you. We can do this, we will lose weight!!!

Bigs ((((HUGS))) also. My kids tell me everytime I eat oreo's (my biggest downfall)gosh mom another one. SO I started telling them that I am going to get really huge and they are going to be embarrased. This is reverse physcology on me ( I hope it works). So far I have only had 4 oreos yesterday and none the day before. I also had one soda yesterday, compared to 5-6 a day. We don't need to be bones just healthy.
Let's get motivated girls!!!!!
